Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through canvass calling, use of marketing, networking and lead generation.

Sell retained and contingency search assignments to new and existing clients.

Write and place professional and effective job advertisements to attract candidates.

Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in business.

Use marketing tools to generate business & develop current / future client relationships.

Develop and maintain an effective database and Use marketing tools to generate business.

Stay focused on targets and maximize revenue generation for self and business

Develop and maintain an effective database for AntalPlaceable Candidates (APCs).

Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency

Stay focused on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Manage recruitment process from start to finish.

Collaborate with Antal offices across the globe to maximize sharing business

The Requirements:

Previous sales experience or clear sales ability

Knowledge of a sector or functional discipline

Confident, competitive, results driven and ambitious
