Job position: Talent Acquisition Manager

The Role: The primary roles requires you to support the line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the Industry business strategy, help the business leaders across the region to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards, Improve the skills and professionalism of the entire AP recruitment teams across the region, Manage and improve the internal recruitment and the use of company’s career websites.
Requirements: You must have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR management or related disciplines. A Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resource in an MNC with 3 to 5 years prior experience in HR marketing, recruitment consultancy. Knowledge about Asia Pacific is an advantage.
